Flat and low-slope roofs fail differently than pitched shingle roofs — ponding water, seam separation, and membrane punctures need specialized diagnosis.
Our Flat Roof Repair technicians are trained specifically on membrane systems, not general shingle repair applied to a low-slope roof.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Bancroft business operations.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Bancroft commercial property.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Most Bancroft flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Bancroft flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
Repair scope and pricing are explained clearly so you can plan around business operations.
